You can tell someone is intolerant by them not even offering empathy or a solution but immediately dismissing you. Made the mistake of thinking these ppl knew about piercings and went to ask advise about my piercing I did in london that kept falling out. No solutions were offered just immediate dismissal to go back to London to ask them why my piercing keep out ?. They obviously don't know much about piercings here. I went looking for help herr and didn't get any here. . Customer service is dead

I was soo nervous about getting my Septum repierced as when I originally got it pierced (by a different shop & piercer) it went horribly wrong, it hurt like hell, was too low and very wonky. But Tracy was so warm, welcoming and helped me remain calm by talking me through everything, as well as explaining my deviated Septum. The piercing itself was virtually painless as Tracy found my sweet spot! I'm so happy with the results, will definitely be back for more piercings in the future!
