They have a variety of unique items, we ordered burrata with wild nettles pesto and mustard seeds, you will never go wrong with burrata. The pesto was in high expectations yet it only tasted garlicky, but texture is well rounded in mouth. Radishes seems pickled with the mustard seeds together, balanced the dish with some acidity. The miso mushroom on a mushed edamame+tofu bed is too salty to be enjoyed by itself, so we ended up ordering grilled flatbread. These are great pairs. And btw, the roasted buckwheat on top is on the hard side instead of crispy. The dessert “Islands 85% chocolate mousse, orange sorbet, stewed orange, cocoa nib and buckwheat crumb” drew our attention. The uniqueness set our expectations too high and the flavour and texture simply doesn’t create a harmony in your mouth. When we enter, the host did not even look up. From the moment we enter till when he seated us, he didn’t speak a word. Our server was attentive.
