Excellent ! Cannot fault at all. I searched the net and stumbled upon this gem of a manufacturer. Went to visit the warehouse the sofas are no different to other retailers charging 2k plus for similar furniture. Was greeted by a lady called kate who was very helpful and informative. Picked my sofa and had it delivered 3 hours later in November! Other stores such as dfs quoting 10 week delivery times. Quality is fabulous. Me and my sister also met the gentleman who ran the business he was very polite and helpful. After purchasing i did read some reviews below and honestly i do not see how people had such issues. I paid the balance in full by bank transfer although only a small deposit was required in advance and goods was delivered exactly when they said they would. I checked the goods before i purchased them and seen the other stock they had. Thank you so much for wonderful service and great products. I have ordered Chesterfield sofa with my own dimensions. As it turns out to be wrong in dimensions and unsuitable for the room even when they delivered the sofa i had to attached the legs via a screw where they weren't aligned either. I tried to contact them but they kept saying the boss in Pakistan and ignoring me and eventually they block my number. I do have a record of video the lady on the one saying that she dont want to talk to me and saying she block my number. I have posted the invoice clearly showing my own dimensions which I paid extra. They manger even draw the dimensions on the invoice but they still got it wrong. Don't buy from scammers. They are robbing people. Unprofessional work Bad customer service Cheap quality products Untrustworthy people

Do not buy from this company they are scam artist. Check out all the reviews. Never pay them cash they delivering damaged items and you will end up paying for it all. Only do by pay pal/ bank or find another company. They are thrives they won’t return nearly £1000 and blamed the drivers. The driver will not let you check it. It’s all planned read reviews

Couldn't leave no stars so had to opt for 1. Delivered a corner sofa and when unpackaged in the room it was the wrong way round (right hand instead of left so sticks out into the middle of the room) Partner has tried to contact them and at first they said they would provide an exchange to the right one but since then they have completely ignored him when trying to arrange delivery. Do not order from these people, worst customer service you can find, clearly dodgy scam artists
