Delicious ice cream. Felt under pressure from stroppy girl who was serving us to make choices quickly and there is no where to sit. People sitting outside hadn't even bought Iceland but were just having a chat, the staff refused to ask them to leave.

Ridiculous service for a Sunday. Venchi knows its busy on weekends and only 1 person works. This says a lot about the company itself put one staff through that much pressure. Customers being rude to him. I won’t be a customer anymore at Venchi simply because i could see the pressure on the staff and as a company they should be better than this!!! Have considerations for people working for them for God sake!!! Pay staff more and they will be encouraged to come work on weekends may be….
