Yet again - no collection of our large cardboard skip due to vehicle break downs! That is the six breakdown in six months and each time they fail to collect our cardboard skip! I think it’s about time you invest in a new truck! Appalling customer service and no plan to recover waste when not collected instead you end up waiting for hour to speak to someone on the phone! It’s windy out there today and I currently have cardboard blowing down our service roads due to them now being over filled!! Outrageous!!! If you are looking for a new waste provider I would look elsewhere as it seems it’s a similar story from other peoples reviews below!

We run a restaurant - frequently they don't collect (5 TIMES THIS WEEK) leaving us overflowing with rubbish. Their customer service is pretty much non existent. 2 times now my 70 year old father has had to load the waste into his car, to clear himself, no apology. Customer "Service" just closes your case when you try and escalate. Local branch have done nothing to fix the issues. They are rubbish (no pun intended!)

I contacted the Gosport recycling centre as I had a rather large Pallet to dispose of and thought I would need to take a second car. Normally the ration is one car but I contacted the Gosport manager and he was most helpful and agreed a second vehicle without issue. In the event I did not need the second car but I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism. Well done the Veolia Team - thank you. Service: Waste recycling
