  Worst security company ever. Had an window tampered since day 1. Never fixed. Aparently one sensor was faulty. And give notice to them by phone when I was selling the house.... And the date I was going to be out of property. So I cancelled my direct debit by the date I give them. So till this date they still trying to collect money.... Have not acknowledge their bad business practices that leave a lot of loops for they to try All this pressure tactics..... To collect money from everday people. If you want an alarm system run away from this uprofessional in security but pro thieves.

  The system is good overall, the app lacks many basic important features but overall it's ok. Wait until you decide to cancel the services this is where the whole nightmare starts, you contact them to get it canceled and you need to wait for 2 weeks for someone from the cancellation team to contact you and try every possible trick to keep you going and keep charging you, when you finally manage the make it clear to them that you do not want the system anymore they put on you a 3 months period charging you for an extra 3 months, yes you are reading right 3 extra months paying for something you don't want, I haven't heard of any other company using these tricks to keep charging customers for as much as they can. On the disconnection day, an engineer comes around to remove the system and leaves your walls damaged and full of holes. If you asked if I would recommend them 2 years ago or last year my answer would be yes, however after the horrible experience I had, I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact, i am spreading the word to my neighbors and 3 of them are already in the long process of getting the system removed to move to a move professional home protection company.

  We had a visit from the team in our shop, Mr Jadran and his team . They have installed the system with precision. They are very well trained to ensure the system is set up before they leave the premises.

  Verisure monitor our work alarm. I am sick and tired of being called at home by them to tell me our alarm has been triggered (outside camera) they've checked the images and it was a cat. Seriously!! You once did this in the early hours. Can we pay extra for a commonsense approach?

  Where to Start lol.... bear with because there is a list absolute nonsense situations and funny coincidences. For starters, be mindful of the sales staff they work on commission so they will tell you anything or in our case omit certain critical features like the cameras are owned by an independent company separate from verisure so heaven forbid your premises was robbed and you needed footage to give to the police you wont be able to get it unless, you're subscribed to both companies i.e. verisure and arlo (camera company). Coincidently we found out the hard way when one of our shops was robbed twice lol. When we highlighted the system that was sold to us was not for robbery prevention but more so burglary prevention no appraisal or system update was done despite being burgled twice and robbed twice. On top of this, when we said we wanted to cancel our contract we told we would still have to pay for the next three months as part of the cancelling process. So the perpetrated was still not apprehended and we had to still pay for the pleasure of having a potential security breach. But the real cherry on the cake was when we moved premises very recently and had our labourer doing our rip out and verisure thought they heard a one man labourer turn around to HIMSELF LOL and say smash which resulted in the the verisure team setting off the smoke alarm at 8.30 p.m which smoked out the adjacent business to mine which happened to a restaurant and also happen to be my landlords business, the only thing they could do was say sorry. Summary avoid these like the plague.

  I was burgled while having Verisure alarm. The alarm triggered from the back entrance and a person walked in. Monitoring station staff took the pictures but didn't even noticed the open door and marked it as safe and went back to SLEEP. They didn't even send any security as they advertised. I have been with them for over 3 years using them for business and home. NO MORE. When I needed them they were useless and ignored the alarm. Now when I'm asking for the image taken I'm given the excuse that due to GDPR they can't share images of my own property. They won't answer my question of why no one noticed the door left open while the alarm was left active (complete silence) They want to resolve the issue by advising me to buy more security from them by adding live cameras. Shameless people keep going on upselling. Great reviews if nothing happens to you but reality kicks in when an incident occurs. They won't even cover the damages. Avoid wasting, their Trustpilot reviews only show the customer service when you join not when you have to deal with problems. Avoid and use a professional company.

  It's the worst company there is It's the worst company I had to deal with ,they misinformed me and made me overpay for their system, I paid over 700£ for a camera to hold ,also the installation took a few hours.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They were also rude by lying about price and how it works
