We consistently have the best experiences in both the Bond St and Sloane St stores. The team are so brilliant and fun, on our last visit to the Sloane street store they made a big fuss over our little dog, gave her water and gave us champagne - incredible service.

What a welcome, took my daughter to knightsbridge in London as she was in awe of the design shops. Was dressed extremely casual as you can imagine for a day shopping. Well asked other shops if my daughter could have a look around and basically was looked up and down and treated us like rubbish. NOT Versace.. My daughter and I were except in with large smiles and asked if we would like the Versace experience... my daughter was in awe.. Terence you were amazing 👏 We we're not treated as if we could not afford like some of its neighbours, I was even allowed to try some shoes on. We we're also shown handbag.. Yes we did buy one, which was my intention but it was lovely for my daughter to experience being treated like royalty no matter how we were dressed. I am definitely coming back , Every member of staff were great and a shout out for the doorman too... sorry I didn't get your name but you were also so friendly from the minute we we're looking through the window. Can't wait for my next visit to London, my first 1stop will be my new Versace handbag. Thank you to you all, especially Terence, My daughter and I will remember this experience for the rest of our life's... 😘

Unfortunately I was ambushed by staff as I walked in the store, this time they don't know I'm Google reviews , then was harrarased by staff as I took a photo, which you see I have still posted, the security trying to say I'm being aggressive, I wasn't I'm just not a little girl, I'm a grown man, and I sound like a grown man, the black security, called the police on me after putting his arm on me, then bans me from the store, as well as calling the police over a photo of a bag, which you cant take outside, I'm disgusted with the way I was treated, I reported it to the police they wasn't interested, this is what they are calling the police on me for,a matter which the police not interested in, I felt racially discrimination, even from the black security, as he don't know I'm Google reviews. Not a pleasant experience, so I have posted my bad experience, the black security also took a photo of me, I said what you gonna do with that, as I did nothing he said I will see, it sounded like he made a threat towards me
