I had a great experience at Victoria Elaine Bridal. I had a first visit to try on different dresses, all of which were beautiful! My stylist Amy was very accommodating and knowledgable, she made some great suggestions of styles that she thought I would like and she made me feel at ease. It felt very relaxed and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. We were even offered a glass of bubbly for the special occassion!

I tried several other bridal shops before I ended up at Victoria Elaine Bridal, if my memory serves me correctly I don’t think I even had an appointment as I didn’t know they were there (we are talking pre-covid here). Regardless of this they were welcoming and accommodating. I couldn’t find a dress I liked, I knew what I wanted but there wasn’t a set one like that. Amy found me a dress and came up with an ingenious way to alter it to what I wanted. It was a big risk but she say the dream dress I wanted and helped me to see it too. So I decided to go with her on this idea. We all then had a very long wait as we went through the covid pandemic, and despite me losing the vision at one point and horribly crying during my fitting… (of which I must say the team were so good at calming me down and making me feel better… I’m still a little embarrassed!)…three years later I finally got to wear my amazing dress down the aisle. I could not have asked for a better bridal team to work with for my dress, they are all absolutely amazing! And they have an awesome seamstress too (Jane). Thank you Victoria Elaine Bridal for seeing my dream and making it happen… I’m still smiling from ear to ear now when I think of my wonderful dress. A* 😊

The Victoria Elaine team were extremely helpful before, during and after my bridal gown appointment. A few days before, they called to see what dresses I would be interested in which made the appointment run smoothly. They answered all our questions about the dresses and understood what I was looking for. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings collection.

I had a 2 1/2h appointment with my bridesmaids one week ago in this super cute little boutique. We were looked after by Jenna and despite the really hot weather I had THE best time ever trying on all Disney dresses. Jenna was an absolute treasure and guided me on the path to my dress with the right level of experience and urgency. She was instrumental in helping me find the right fit and then ensured that I wasn't loosing my head over all the choice I had. I could have easily been in the shop for hours - I was having such a great time. Once I found THE dress Jenna spent extra time with me, bringing me accessories to creat the vision I want to be on my big day. A few days after I had said Yes to the dress I received a super lovely card from Jenna in the post with a little Disney pendant! What a DREAM come true. From the second of us all being welcomed into the most beautiful bridal shop, the whole experience was incredible. Every single member of the team were kind, helpful and super enthusiastic to help me find the one! Beth was a breath of fresh air, she knew exactly what i was looking for and just listened to my needs down to the pin. She made my whole experience one i will never forget, thank you to all of you. Really looked after my daughter well. A dedicated appointment, with no pressure to rush to make a decision meant my daughter was able to choose the right dress for her. Staff clearly know their stuff and offered great advice and guidance. My daughter (NOT ASHLEIGH!!!) felt like a princess and will definitely look like a princess on her big day. Highly recommended.

Honestly the best experience!!! I had been to two stores with my mum & bridesmaids prior to attending Victoria Elaine Bridal and I felt really overwhelmed due to pushy sales people who had no interest in what I was looking for, aslong as I purchased something. I decided to attend this shop alone while my fiancé waited in the car because I thought maybe this would be the place I could find something. Amy was very welcoming and the ladies made me feel special (The personalised welcome sign is a nice touch). They did not push for sales and were happy for me to keep trying dresses until I found the one. I finally said YES to the dress and I am soo happy with my choice. I very rarely write reviews but I feel like it is well deserved and also this might help another bride. Thanks again to Amy and all the ladies at Victoria Elaine Bridal.
