Avoid this shop!! I took my phone in to have the camera lens replaced, however during the repair Sam managed to crack the screen. I did not notice the damage immediately as there were elastic bands put around my phone to hold the new lens in place. I brought the phone back to the store as soon as I discovered the screen had cracked. The employees there then passed responsibility between each other for the following 3 months, leaving me with a damaged phone. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage, using a range of excuses like "there was a microfracture on the screen before you brought it in", "the screen was already cracked", and "maybe you broke the screen before you returned it" - none of which were true obviously, they were simply in denial of their mistake. Eventually they charged me £120 to replace the screen, which was apparently a kindness from them as they only only charged for the materials and not the labour. Then when I took the phone in they tried to charge me £130 instead. To top it off, the screen was not even replaced correctly, grey colours now flicker on the display and the front facing speaker no longer works, so I will now have to spend even more money to get that repaired. I am sure these guys are very professional if nothing goes wrong, but if it does do not expect any good will or service.

Excellent service and quick turn around time from Simran. I went in to have my shattered screen repaired. He gave me accurate time and cost estimates and delivered it as promised. Simran is knowledgeable at his craft and very trustworthy. They operate on slim margins and pride customer service. I have always been greeted well and asked if I wanted water upon arrival. I highly recommend this shop and mobile repair/services they provide. They have a plethora of other offerings within, ranging from all things electronic to vapes and more. Do check them out folks!
