I’m absolutely disgusted at the service I experienced today at Violas. The staff working there should be trained in customer service or be fired for such ugly manners. I received a booking confirmation email, as I reserved a table today for 6 people. When I showed up it was completely packed and the waitress told me that the table would be ready in 10 minutes. I sat down and then another waitress came to me and told me that they could not give me a table as last time I had booked a table, I didn’t show up. I tried calling back in January when I booked to cancel my table, however the line was busy and could not get through to them. I cannot believe how this woman treated me. She humiliated me in the restaurant and made a scene, telling me that I should’ve called to cancel and that they were just waiting. She repeatedly said ‘we don’t give tables to people who don’t show up’ this left me feeling very awkward and uncomfortable as she was unnecessarily rude and loud. Why would you confirm my reservation if you are unable to give me a table? Was your intention to be hostile to me when I come and refuse to give me a table, just to punish me for not cancelling last time? Absolutely disgusting. There is no point to give the reservation confirmation if you fail to provide a table. I’m appalled by the treatment of the waiters today and I hope management see they train their staff to not humiliate customers for an honest mistake. They wasted my time and I do NOT recommend anyone this place at all. The interior is cramped and the service is terrible. Do not waste your time and money on this place. Overpriced and overrated.

Small cute place. Totally overpriced!! I am disappointed. It was tasteless and does not taste even near as how good it looks on pictures. The pancakes are so small. I paid 70 GBP for what you see in the video and the saddest part is that I only enjoyed my coffee. Would definitely not recommend.

with high hopes to grab nice dinner in Covent Garden left disappointed and simply sad. Caesar salad felt like sauce bottle was thrown on greens, everything was swimming and sauce was acidic. Prawns risotto was with way too much safran and tasteless. Cocktail Unicorn Tears had nice decorations, but interpretation wasn’t the best. Service was useless, starters brought together with meal, but taste not the worst. Oh, and cutlery was forgotten before all food have arrived, needed to ask for it. Cleanliness was appalling, table was sticky and full of crumbles.
