Had an appointment booked for a quotation and they never showed up, I accepted that they had made a mistake and organised another appointment and they never showed up a second time either, no phone call or anything from them. I was talking to a neighbour who used this company and it looks like i have dodged a bullet after hearing all her problems. Thankfully I've got it sorted witj another company now and the service has been first class. **Reply to company response** I can assure you it was vista frames i was dealing with , this response from them is exactly what i expected after all the excuses last time.

I dealt with Michele who was extremely helpful during my initial enquiry to choosing my new canopy and then booking in to install the canopy. The customer service was fantastic and Michele kept me updated all the way through the process. The guys that came to install my canopy did a wonderful job and everything was spotless after they had left. I just wanted to say thank you to you all and I will highly recommend Vista Frames Ltd to any of my friends and family. I am so happy look at the difference from before to after 😊

Very poor service wanted 50% deposit without a contract or survey we have put our business with a far better company and deposit paid I cannot give a recommendation we wanted 20 windows and 3 composite doors. Even want to There office / show room Not shown into an office left standing in a passage Not shown any products Very poor experience and thank god we didn’t use them We have now a great company looking after us. More money but worth every penny They blow this company out of the water as they say Also there former co Cottingham windows have a poor track record once we looking into it so shop around
