I would not give any star to these scammers, the tools are of good quality, but when you want to return the tool you have purchased, they make nothing but difficulties, although the toenail clippers have not been used. When I bought it, I paid for clippers plus shipping, but the company gave me money only for clippers and for a shipment of 4.02 pounds they kept themselves, it's a simple cunning scammer. Calling the costumer service is almost a miracle. Four days of writing an email so that the dear Prince Ihsan of costumer Service would finally send the money back, and not in full. There are many similar companies with such tools and I will never come back to vivainstruments.co.uk Wembley. Jacek
