I ordered 50 sheets of cardboard but seller sent as 25. When i talk with them, they refused to sent the missing parts. When i wanted refund the item they said i should pay for delivery cost which is 30£ for 70£ order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wanted to support a local company during COVID but wish I'd just gone to Amazon instead. Ordered 30 boxes, tape, tape dispenser. The 48-hour courier took a week, which already meant we had to get boxes from elsewhere in order to move house in time. The tape dispenser was missing on arrival. After chasing and being told it would be sent, it wasn't. Eventually went to PayPal and got a refund through their buyer protection.
