Tracey and the team were very friendly and helpful throughout. Installation by Ben was neat and tidy, he walked us through everything he had done and how to bypass the softener if required. We have really noticed the difference as we are in a really hard water area and would definitely recommend them.

If I could of left zero stars I would have. The worst company I have ever used. During the installation the fitter drilled through the main water pipe. A number of months after the installation the modifications they made to the plumbing pipework failed because they used a fitting which was part new and part old. This resulted in a massive leak and the entire ground floor of our house being flooded to a depth of 3 inches of water causing many £1000's of pounds of damage.

I called in W E Softeners after it became clear my regular plumber didn't understand softeners at all. They really know their stuff. They are very helpful. They install high quality products not cheap rubbish. And Ben, the nice guy who did our installation, only took five hours even though the unit was going into quite an awkward space. So I'm very pleased. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Two technicians arrived spot on time this morning and diagnosed the problem with the old softener (it had been fitted originally by WESofteners over 30 years ago and moved to its current location about 10 years ago!) Clearly beyond cost effective repair, so agreed to purchase a modern model and it was fitted this afternoon with no pain. Really couldn't be more complimentary about the manner WES conducts its business.
