How lucky are we to have this butchers in Norton Gluten free steak pie, cook at home, is delicious. So are the gluten free sausages. Which are kept separate and sold frozen. Always happy to help with different cuts of meat. And the sirloin steak is the best. 💕

Without a doubt the best butchers in ryedale, lovely home made pies, quiche ect, big selection of marinades and the freshest and tastiest meat I have ever had. We have friends who live in Stoke on trent and when they come to stay they always take £20 worth of sausage back with them because they say, and I agree with them, they are the nicest sausage they have ever had.

I was surprised to read the comments below as I have just recently found that the butcher cooks his own Quiche Lorraine and Steak Pie - gluten-free. I have not seen such fresh quiche, enough for four persons, with a generous amount of chopped ham, nor such well-filled steak pie (sold frozen). Again one pie should fill four persons and our pie had plenty of meaty chunks. with a lovely thick gravy. In both cases the pastry was superb and non-gluten free members of the family expressed surprise at its quality. Thank you, Fletchers, you will see me buying these gluten free meals again.

I wish the staff would learn to distinguish a steak pie from a mince pie. Twice now I have asked for steak pies to find I have been given mince pies. Although usually nice todays mince pie was lacking in filling which added to the disappointment
