Having to arrange a funeral is one of the most upsetting and sad times for anyone.... But I have to say Udens service is by far the most comforting, reassuring and best services you could ask for on such an occasion. The respect and service they offer is by far out of this world. I attended a service today, which wasn't run by Udens, but whilst at the crematorium, I actually bumped into one of the team that was there for my family members and it reminded me of how respectful they are against the company that done today's service. I would recommend them in every way, everything about Udens speaks speaks and a true touch of class.

I would like to thank Uden and Sons for being so compassionate, understanding, helpful and supportive after the death of my father Vernon. In particular, Sarah who has the calmness and patience of a saint, organising everything we wanted and not worrying that I asked her the same thing twice! And Lee, who led the funeral team so wonderfully on the day, but also helped us understand that Dad would be cared for from the moment his colleagues came to take Dad on the night he died. And he was. Everything was done with so much respect. Thank you, is not a big enough expression for the care you showed us all.

We found that all who worked at Udens were so understanding, kind and nothing was too much trouble. Everything went smoothly on the day and our wishes were carried out to the letter. Udens were respectful and took what stress there was on the actual day of the funeral away from the family. They are just lovely, lovely people.
