I manage one of the restaurants in canarywharf and we are a regular customer here.and the one star is just for the terrible experience i had from one of your colleagues who worked today (thursday,25/5/23 at 11.30am )in the scan and pay area in the ground floor i guess(bought some vegetables) she was very rude and couldn't even bother helping me finding a product since it doesn't had any QR code.she even shout at me saying 'cant you find those in the system infront of other customers'She even didnt care about me getting a bag when i paid for it and she was nice to other customers,so i dont know what really of me bothered her.i never had this kind of experience in any of your other stores including the canarywharf.i hope you take this very seriously and do the appropriate so that we have a nice shopping with you guys in the future thanks
