Excellent supermarket. Well stocked, extremely polite and helpful staff, wide range of foods and other household daily needs. Best thing is that if you want something that the supermarket doesn't stock and you tell the manager, they will try to arrange to stock the item. I personally have been able to add three items that I regularly buy. Best of the Waitrose branches I have visited is the Edgware Road branch. Most expensive of all supermarket chains

Waitorse are running scams, our lift is sadly is out of service so they gave me half of my groceries and told me to collect the rest from downstairs and when i went there was nothing, never order from waitrose because sadly these days they are running scams to steal groceries

The staff are always very helpful and friendly and the shelves are well stocked. I would like to say a particular thank you to the member of staff working in the self-checkout area yesterday (13.04.23) at around 830am who was incredibly helpful and kind when I dropped and damaged my shopping.

I went there to ask for spare boxes and they told me they don’t have any and to come tomorrow 8am. Went again the next day for the boxes and the girl told me they usually have someone to throw them away. Noor supermarket on the other side of the road is greener than waitrose
