Will have people accuse you of stealing and go through your shopping shameful customer service. This shop is very unprofessional and like playing games with the customers, staff are unpleasant and cause stress. Staff take all bargains around the back then want to run to front of the shop which discriminates against disabled people. Put a system in place that is fair and shares out items equally. The staff like giving the customers dirty looks and other customers get special treatment. Some customers they run and hide things from while others get handed stuff on request completely unfair system. This place is like a zoo you get treated disgusting.

Great products, I am only going here for the meat products because they are better quality. (I thought so... until now) The other day I bought 2 spoilt products, organic pork joint and cornfed chicken thighs, they both smelled horrible. Thankfully they refunded me but they almost deducted the Waitrose voucher which was given for chicken products, ( I bought 4-5 chicken products) I had to say hold on this was not the only chicken I bought. I feel disappointed as I thought this is the best shop you can buy meat from. I have to look after myself due to medical condition and my family. Now where to go if one of the most expensive shop doesn't do the job well?

I was dissatisfied with the service I received at Waitrose Holloway Road yesterday (6-5-2023). I arrived at the store at 7:45 pm and finished shopping around 8:00 pm. I then attempted to purchase a newspaper, but the assistant informed me that the newspaper had already been counted for return. I explained that the store still had at least one hour of business remaining and asked if I could purchase the newspaper, but she refused profoundly. I was disappointed with the assistant's attitude and her unwillingness to accommodate my request. All customers should be treated equally with respect and courtesy, and I was not given either of these things during my interaction with this staff.

Waitrose in Islington angel Not very thought out layout, layout could be improved you should be able to see from the front to the back , Unfortunately store has black spots . Good points is they have a fresh meat and fish area ,they have a dairy area and their bread is lovely and fresh. You can also pick up packages ordered from John Lewis. They also have a selection of gift cards. And I find their own Produced is just as good as some of the more expensive brands.
