Visited Waitrose Lichfield today for the first time in many years and was very disappointed. Store used to be immaculate and my go to supermarket for the occasional luxury shop. Today I walked round had a look and left empty-handed. Many areas were poorly laid out, messy and confused. Tesco Extra is cleaner and much better organized - sad as Tesco's are a wretched business. I think one issue with Waitrose Lichfield is many moons ago 95% of their stock was food and drink; now they're trying to sell too many other items and that is not easy when the store size hasn't increased.

Huge queues as only I till open! Why?? Expensive despite the new campaign saying about lower prices. Heinz baked beans are cheaper in Tesco and they had 4 tills open !
