    Very attentive and responsive management and administration team. Always honest about placements and call you to make sure everything is OK a few days after you arrive at the client's home. (I'm a live-in carer). They go over and above to make sure that the carer is happy and comfortable in their placement. If PPE is ordered, it arrives the next day.
