Very dishonest and very rude employer, avoid. They contacted me offering the chance to apply for a support worker position with a salary of 28-30k when it was actually 22k not taking other things into account like travel time, wear and tear on the car and petrol.

Walfinch cared for my Grandmother and I cannot fault them. Their communication was impeccable, communication with our family, outside services such as GP’s, Hospitals, social services etc. The care they delivered to my grandmother really made a difference. All of the staff were caring, would go above and beyond and lifted my Grandmothers spirits daily! Honestly, we, as a family are so grateful to be recommended this company, it made such a difference knowing we had an amazing team looking after my Grandmother. Thank you to them all.

I have worked for Walfinch for almost a year and feel that joining has been the best decision in my career so far. Management have been extremely understanding of my career desires and have helped me grow significantly in the last 11 months. I have progressed onto a more senior role and have taken on much more responsibility.
