Walfinch has been looking after my Mum for over a year now. My mum has advanced dementia and can be very challenging at times. The cares are always gentle and kind and have a great understanding of her care needs, even though she is non verbal. Their care of my mum gives myself and my family great peace of mind. I would recommend them as we are very satisfied with the care they provide for Mum.

The care my mother receives is second to none. She has dementia & pretty much house bound. She constantly tells me how her carers work very hard looking after her. They text or call me with any problems or concerns which makes us feel reassured as communication is key. My partner has worked in the care sector for 25 years is very happy with the care my mother is being given.

I'm very happy with the care my mum is receiving from Christie Care. My mum carer Jade is very attentive towards my mum and very patient. Jade comes into work every day with a smile and is very positive, cheerful and very professional. My mum speech is slurred due to her Parkinsons Disease and Jade takes her time to listen and understand my mum and follows my mum request. My mum also has dementia and it's so important to have a carer I can trust that will look out for my mum. I would highly recommend Christie Care. My mum's care is never rushed.
