I bought actuators for the underfloor heating as the original failed. They came without adaptors so no way of fitting them on the manifold. I contacted warmafloor and they did provide link to buy the adapters separately (which 4of them would cost a fiver) but the postage they want to charge is £7! I also enquired about servicing of the manifold but they said that the Company is going out of business and they won't be servicing anymore. Now I am without working parts and underfloor heating.

Repeated issues - the same issues! Still unresolved and incredibly frustrating as almost 7/8 visits later… maybe more and still on going. Ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family. What’s the point paying for a system which is failing and they can’t fix … stressful and now I’m almost expecting it to leak again … repeatedly cleaning … 18 months of headache is how I would describe our experience….

The system of the control panel of the underfloor heating failed itself and it has only has been used for 3 years. I cant believe they cost me £150 for a control panel system updating service. Then sent me a quotation with the total cost of £150 and I paid them by bank transfer. However, they sent me an email after they receive the payment and said I will need to pay an extra £30. WHY?
