Problem with a fire not igniting I bought from the company. Still waiting for a call from one of their installers for over a week now. Have emailed them again and called them still no contact & no fire working. Poor after sales to be honest, which is as important to the sale from a customers point of view.

Sales staff were extremely patient, informative and helped us arrive at our choice of fire. A survey of our existing fire and chimney breast was carried out very speedily by Mark, and the installation was excellent. Lee and Mark arrived on time as planned on the day of installation, and were fully equipped with plenty dust sheets to protect our carpet and furniture. The job involved removing a gas fire + back boiler which was completed in a very professional manner, left very neat, tidy and with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend this company and whole team inclusive of “boss-sales-fitters”. Thank you.

In response to the comment from the supplier below. My google is in my maiden name. I will upload evidence of our invoice Bought our fireplace and paid for fitting. Fitters were trusted to carry on without supervision. Turns out they placed the fireplace on top of the carpet and now we have a cost to get the fireplace removed and fitted properly. DO NOT USE!!!!
