This was my first time to use this Health centre. The Doctor was very helpful and attended to my problem very quickly and professionally. When she gave me a prescription, I went downstairs to the pharmacy. Very good service, but I was disappointed of the cleanliness of the floor of the pharmacy. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a week! Overall the service was efficient.

My experience with Washwood Heath Urgent Care was superb. The doctor was fabulous, I wish I took down his name. He was great, attentive, friendly and made my daughter feel cared for. She made a comment at how wonderful and kind he was. You can tell he loves his job and cares for his patients. He’s an asset to the NHS!!
