I went there one afternoon. Had my eyes on a GMT master II and Datejust. Went there the next day, bought the brand new Datejust. By and large, their presentation and explanation (in person and online) match the actual condition of watches. Transparency is not the easiest commodity among luxury resellers. Here it is. Highly recommend.
