When my Mum passed away myself and my family felt lost. I was so nervous calling the funeral directors for the first time but I needn’t have been. Tracey put me at ease straight away, she was so kind and understanding and knew exactly what we were going through. Everything from start to finish went smoothly, from that first phone call to the service. I am so grateful that they looked after my Mum. Sadly I couldn’t see my Mum for the final goodbye that I’d hoped for and when Tracey called to tell me I was heartbroken but I knew she was only doing what was best for me and protecting my final image of my Mum. Everything she did was because she genuinely cared. An amazing lady, thank you Tracey. Tracey also chose our celebrant Jo who was absolutely superb, I felt like she knew my Mum personally when she was talking about her. I hope it won’t be for a long, long time but I know that when that time comes I’ll be going straight to Waters & Sons.
