Bruce is honest absolutely fair pricing and quality of work amazing.... Toyota quoted me £3k yes £3k!!!! for work he did for £700 and hhe used genuine parts... He also highlighted problems with the work they mess up... he is also a decent helpful person and I will alsoway be grateful for his help when I was really financially not good... Service: Brakes

Late at night someone decided to rip both my side view mirrors out of their sockets, effectively making my car illegal to drive. So the morning after, I was in a right panic, frantically phoning up different repair shops, as I needed the car for work that day, as I use it 6 days a week for work. Every repair shop or Ford service garage I phoned up said they didn’t think they could get the parts in quick enough to fix my car on that day. Then finally, I called up Watford Brake & Clutch (I’d never used them before) and Bruce picked up the phone. He was extremely empathetic, friendly and professional, and said I could swing the car right round to him straight away. When he inspected it, he said he’d have it done for me before I go to work. He was obviously very knowledgeable with cars and I could not recommend him more, as he completed the job all within about 3/4 hours. He was an absolute LIFESAVER, as I was able to drive to work that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRUCE!!! Service: Side view mirror repair
