Our 5 month old Black Lab was a real handful, especially when on the lead increasingly getting worse. He became very over excited when meeting other dogs. At 33 kilos we knew we had to get help. Brent gave us lots of advice and explained how to control this behaviour. He was clear in his technique, and trained us as well as our dog. We cannot thank him enough, he certainly deserves his 5 stars.

Brent is an extremely experienced, patient and friendly dog trainer. He has helped us with our new puppy (from 8 weeks) all the way through to 6 months and his guidance has been invaluable. Not only does Brent help train your puppy, he helps educate you about dogs and their mindset, which helps enormously in everyday life with your puppy/dog. Each session is great and can be tailored to suit the areas you wish to focus on, but Brent is also always on hand to help with any adhoc queries or advice you may need, which we found extremely comforting when dealing with a new puppy. I would highly recommend Brent to any dog owner who needs help with training or corrections. He has helped so much, and has really helped us train our puppy into a good dog that fits our lifestyle. Porter (our puppy) gets excited when he sees him Brent, so you know he’s a good guy!

Daisy my Rottweiler has had one to one dog training with Brent and i highly recommend him. He first came to visit us at home to discuss our requirements with our new puppy and then worked with me in different situations to teach Daisy and I with tremendous results. I am going to continue training with him as Daisy matures. I have also boarded Daisy with Brent and Diane, it was so reassuring to leave her with people she knows. she had a wonderful time lots of updates and photos over her stay. Thanks Brent

It’s fair to say that my strong willed GWP Cooper and I were struggling!! There were little or no boundaries in place in the home and it was Cooper who was taking me for a walk not the other way round. I was an inexperienced dog owner and I really needed some help fast!! I called Brent at Watson’s dog training. He came to our home for a consultation where he immediately started to build a rapport with Cooper and by the end of the consultation he had already addressed some of our issues and had given me advice and training strategies to put in place to improve day to day life. From there we progressed to more specific training to address Cooper’s reactive behaviour towards unfamiliar dogs, recall and heal work. It has been a journey…and one which has been made manageable by the constant support and encouragement from Brent who has worked with dedication, commitment, a sense of humour and understanding for the needs of both myself and Cooper. He has always gone that extra mile with training strategies, tips and ideas and if they aren’t quite right for us he will never fail to find more for us to try out. It’s safe to say that without Brent’s continued support , knowledge and training I’m not quite sure where Cooper and I would be today. Thank you Brent!!!

Brent came to help us after our Sprocker started getting panicked at night time. He was great! Really knowledgeable and super helpful. He gave us loads of great advice which has helped us understand her loads more. We’re still working on it but she is already now a lot calmer! He even gave us some advice on general behaviour around the house and on walks which have really started improving since we’ve implemented the training he suggested! I honestly can’t recommend him enough! If you are struggling with any behavioural issues or just need a bit of advice, don’t think twice! He’s great!
