I stayed here for 2 nights with my Wife and 2 Kids. We were in room 2 which was a good sized room with an en-suite. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Val welcomed us at chatted to girls and made sure we had everything sorted. B&B has parking to rear and only 10 minute walk to beach and 5 mins to Boscombe High street. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again

Booked directly with Waves In and saved money in comparison to Hotels.com. Parked on the road out front with ease on a Friday evening which I was impressed with. Easy to find, a lovely lady called Val welcomed me to the property and showed me to my room and offered to book me in for breakfast (which I kindly declined). They even have DVDs available in the front porch which I think is a nice touch. I booked an ensuite double (room 5) and I was very impressed. Good size bed, TV, coffee area with a small mirror. Very generous wardrobe space if you are looking to hang clothes. Blind and curtain which I appreciate as it was nice and dark in the room. Shower was good, lamps on either side of the bed. Window looks out over the front where there is a small pretty garden area. The keys had a front door key and room door key so I could come and go at any time of day/night. Overall really wonderful stay, nice to see a friendly face at reception. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay and it was just a stones throw from Boscombe high street. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area!
