    Cannot thank you enough! I spilled coffee on my MacBook and it was DEAD. I contacted Apple for help and they advised that their cover does NOT include liquid spills and they would write it off. Other quotes were more than the Mac is even worth. Abraham is AMAZING! He did not charge for the assessment, which took place right in front of me. He then quoted a price which was a fraction of the cost I had been given by other companies. I was thrilled, as I am on a tight budget. Highly recommend We Hire Mac!!

    These are scammers one of these guys sold me a MacBook online and than later they locked it and when I contacted them and ask for the removal of account they asked me to pay 999€ claiming that it was stolen from them so I to pay them 999€

The process of getting my MacBook repaired was very smooth and easy. I was able to schedule an appointment online and drop off my laptop at their location. Abraham who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. The best part of the whole experience was the turnaround time. I was worried that I would be without my laptop for days or even weeks, but the repair was completed within 4 hours! I was thrilled with how quickly they were able to fix my laptop and get it back to me. I went to We Hire Mac for a MacBook repair, and it’s incredibly refreshing to deal with a tech repair company that communicates so well on how you’re being charged, what the issue is, and what they’ll do to fix it. On top of that, Abram fixed my laptop immediately, and at a reasonable price. Will definitely go there again for any repairs I need! Edit: have been back for more repairs and quality of service (speed, efficiency, price, and -- a first for tech repair -- aftercare) have lived up to the high standard set on my first visit.     A few weeks ago, I spilled a coffee on my 2021 MacBook Pro, unfortunately destroying it beyond repair. After doing some research, I came across We Hire Mac. Although it was after hours for them, Abraham generously offered to take a look at my computer that very evening. He promptly reported the state of the computer, offered evidence of his assessment, and offered to buy my screen for a good price. I then bought from him a refurbished 2018 MacBook Air-- after three weeks, I decided I prefer a pro and Abraham patiently explained the options he had available and I was able to purchase a 2019 Pro with a one-year warranty and return the Air at a fair price. Throughout this whole 3 week process, Abraham has promptly responded to my queries and taken the time to chat with me on the phone about my options. While the destruction of my computer was very stressful, having Abraham and his team guide me through this process has been wonderful. They were honest, efficient, and kind throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. Thank you, We Hire Mac!

    Absolute pleasure doing business here after a previous computer repair place in Cranham failed to respond to 2 of my emails. I am extremely happy the search was expanded to the whole of London and We Hire Mac popped up. From contact a week ago to the repair today (repaired within 1 hour) I couldn't have asked for anymore. All emails were responded to and grades of screen priced and explained. In the end a brand new screen for my MacBook Pro was fitted (the screen was factory new from the box with the plastic covers still on). Abraham has been in business since 1979 and he has such extensive knowledge and just talking to him was a delight (he is softly spoken and under assuming). Rudely of me I forgot the gentleman's name who carried out the repair but he was extremely professional and friendly also. Now I have found We Hire Mac I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else (even to buy a previously owned Mac). You can ignore the previous 1* reviews as clearly these people were hard to please and don't like being told no. Concentrate on the 350+ 4 and 5* reviews as they are the truthful ones. The photo is before the repair took place.
