The most thorough, detailed survey you could get. Maps, photos, plans, suggestions on how improvements could be made. I was blown away by the contents of the survey and very appreciative of the extra information it contained. I also emailed Jonathan to ask advice regarding something to do with the property holding up my house purchase and he went out of his way to give me information. Can’t recommend highly enough. I arranged a Level 3 through Weald & City Surveyors recently and I was very happy with their communication and level of detail on the report. A valuation was booked in advance and then payment is taken once the valuation takes place. Tim asked me if there were any particular concerns that I had with the property that he could focus on prior to the survey. The survey that came back was extremely detailed and supported with pictures and further guidance on what works were required and how they should be carried out. After receiving the report, Tim even suggested that we had a call to discuss any questions that I had. Overall, I received a high level of service from this surveyor and I would happily recommend them!
