    Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our furbaby was referred due to not eating. She had every test possible and kept in overnight.     My Bedlington Terrier Charlie was referred to Wear Referrals on 4 April. Sadly he had contracted Lymphoma and was not responding to treatment. We had to make the decision to say goodbye to him on 6 April. He was treated with care and dignity throughout and all staff, reception, Katerina and particularly the Oncology team, who also arranged his cremation with Forget me Not, displayed tremendous compassion throughout the process at the most difficult time for us. Despite the outcome for Charlie, I cannot praise this hospital enough. Thank you. Xx

    Amazing! Our cat had decided to swallow some string and our normal vets was closed at the weekend. On visiting their office Wear Referrals informed us of the process they would need to follow and the estimated price until any further steps were required.We were informed the string had made it's way into our cats large intestine though we were always kept well informed of the procedure taking place. On handing out cat back to us we were consulted on the care required for our cat on returning home. After bringing our cat home on the Sunday I had to phone Wear Referrals a few times due to a few concerns though each time nothing was too much trouble for them. Our cat is doing great now. Thank you to the Wear Referrals Team!

    I am so impressed with the service we received. I am more confident about my dogs health health and trust the information given to us. We were insured for the treatment my fur baby received, however the insurance company have said that they will not cover the cost as my dog is 13 years old and they do not insure dogs over the age of 9. Which is odd, because he was already 10 years old when we bought policy. A representative from Wear Referrals called Chris Burns contacted me about this problem and to let me know that the bill was still to be paid. They was fantastic, allowed me time to wait until my refund came through from the insurance company, for the premiums I had paid since the inception of the policy. But was also helpful and gave me advice about my options as regards the underhanded way I have been treated by this company. I can't speak any higher of Wear Referrals and have no problem making recommendations to anyone. Thanks again Chris Burns. Your understanding, support and customer service should never go overlooked. You are a credit to the organisation.
