This company took my laptop in, I paid for the diagnostic and the repair and since then, I am unable to collect my laptop back. So they took both my money (335 £ in total) and my laptop. It has been more than 6 months now. They are answering neither the phone nor the email and there is never anyone in their office on Goodge Street. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received. It seems to me that they are about to cease activity in which case, if they were honest people, they would not be accepting new business. Please save yourself some headache! DO NOT USE!

This is a FRAUDULENT company DO NOT USE. I took a hard drive to Wecomputing 4 months ago and paid £845 to have it repaired. They said it would take a month, but have failed to return either the hard drive or the money.
