    My daughter bought her beautiful gown from the Rotherham store yesterday. Vicky and the lovely ladies were rushed off their feet. Such a relaxed stress free experience and everyone there looked beautiful in everything they were trying on! Much better than one of those faffy shops that charge you for appointments and stress you out! Again, thank you!

    I ordered my dress in October 2022 and was told it would take 20 weeks for manufacture and delivery. As it got closer and closer to the 20 week mark, I made repeated phone calls to enquire about a delivery date, and was told they didn't have an exact delivery date but that they "promise it will be here within the 20 weeks" At some point, I was informed that there was a delay, and it would actually be 22 weeks. I explained that someone had already spoken to the manufacturer and I'd already been promised it would be here by 20weeks. This member of staff then phoned the manufacturer, and called me back to again reiterate that they were promising it would be here on time. Well, we're now past 20 weeks. My dress isn't here, and the store seemingly have no idea when it's arriving. No one seems to care that I'm now 5 weeks away from my wedding and don't currently have a dress, and I haven't received a single apology from any member of Wed4Less staff. The customer service has been lacking entirely. No one has shown an ounce of empathy about the situation, and the staff aren't showing any sense of urgency in getting this resolved. *Edited 22nd March* My dress has now arrived and I have tried on and collected - it is absolutely stunning, and it looks amazing on.

    Visited today 22/02/23, Lois and Carol couldn't of been more helpful to my daughter and her 2 friends looking for prom dresses. They must of tried on the whole shop! Lois was just so patient and helpful. They have a price for every budget and a whole room full of dresses at just £50. Thank you so much.
