From my 1st contact by phone Allerton have been extremely helpfull, the site surveyor was very noligealble, curtious, and on time. The survey arrived within days, with all the necessry paperwork, to explain what the problem was and what it would entail to do the work. The workmen where very helpfull, they cleaned up after them. We had condensation/water penetration related problems on an outer wall and general condensation problems. Allerton Damp Proofing surveyed various issues and came up with a plan to help solve the problems we were having. During the work that was being done, Allerton Damp Proofing's team found other problems and quickly within the original time frame had these sorted. After they had finished, they removed a floor covering they had used to protect our new flooring and even mopped up anything that had gone past the floor covering. Their office communicated promptly with us at various stages before they had commenced the work that had to be done. They took time and care when plastering walls and replacing the skirtingboards.
