Took my teenage son today as he’s been having back soreness & pains for a number of weeks. Darren was very thorough with his questions, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He did a treatment and sent us home with exercises to do going forward, he even suggested I videoed the exercises to make sure we get them right at home. Delighted with the appointment and would definitely recommend.
