My Audi had a flat tyre 3 weeks ago and this was the first garage a came to, they didn’t have the correct tyre in but a guy came out and put my spare on within a few minutes so I could get on my way. He kept my damaged wheel and replaced it the next day when I came back in, again with 5 minutes. Was very very cheap for the service I received and will be coming back in the future. My Audi A5 was diagnosed by the supplying Audi dealer as having a serious fault in the Adblue system requiring replacement of the system Electronic Control Unit (ECU). This was ordered from Audi on 4th August 22, but as of today (28/10) they have been unable to supply the replacement part. After being recommended to try West Automotive and after explaining my dilemma, I was amazed and overjoyed when West Automotive diagnosed the prcise fault, found the required Audi part and completed the repair ALL WITHIN 2 DAYS!! Janice, Martin and his Tony, who carried out the work, were all fantastic to deal with in every aspect and I would recommend them unreservedly. A Ten-Star review.

I took the car in for an MOT at very short notice having been badly let down by another garage. The lady behind the desk was lovely and fitted me in even though they were very busy. My daughter went to pick the car up for me and found the staff very friendly and helpful also. Fast, efficient service by a welcoming team. Highly recommend

I strongly recommend West Automitive to anyone. I used to use authorised service/garage stations for vehicles I owned for most of my life until I found West Automotive. I found them over 2 years ago as an alternative to previous garage I used to use and I use their services since then. The story is that after poor quality but very expensive service offered by Bristol Street motors (I was their client since ages) I decided to find an alternative and used GOOGLE star rating system as a recommendation. And this is how I found West Automotive. I didnt know anything about them but decided to take a risk and give them a chance. It was one of the best decisions I could make and I regret I didnt make it earlier. They offer higher service quality and better customer support for much lower price to Bristol Street Motors I mentioned. I strongly recommend West Automotive to anyone. To make it clear, I did my research and prices aren't lower because of use of lower quality parts or some cheap substutes, but because Bristol Street Motors milks their customers as much as they only can. I compared prices for more complex repairs but also some which are parts independent, like fix for tire puncture etc. and basically, everything was about 30-50% cheapper. Just to give you an example, the puncture fix was £30 in BSM while just £15 in West Automotive. I am sorry that I reviewed it in comparison to different company but this is my actual experiece. I was very loyal BSM customer for years and from perspective, each year was a waste of money without any benefits West Automotive wouldnt offer. I regret I didn't move to West Automotive earlier. I use their services over 2 years now and I am really very happy that I risked the change. As said, I strongly recommend them to anyone who seek high quality and reliable service for very affordable price.
