I did a Digital Marketing course with Creative Alliance, and I have now secured a job as a SEO Account Executive. It did take some time for that to happen however I did receive a lot of support from my course Tutor Andrew who was extremely supportive inside and outside of the course itself. He also provided guidance and tips for the interview process when I reached out for guidance. This helped a lot. There is also a dedicated person who will help you in the search for an apprenticeship (if this is what you wish for). Tanya was also super helpful but respected the fact that I did not wish to go down the apprenticeship route. Overall Creative Alliance are a fabulous company to choose if you decide to go down the Digital Marketing route as it provides you with an overview of what it would consist of and the many avenues you could venture into.

I've just completed an apprenticeship with Creative Alliance and my overall experience was positive, my tutor was incredibly helpful, even when my course was changed mid way through and messed it up for a while as it still remained a calm environment for me to learn. However, I would say that the bad communication between the exam board and Creative Alliance made making my final project a confusing experience but we (my tutor and me) managed to decipher the information given helping me pass. I can confidently say that when I started my apprenticeship I knew practically nothing but now a year and half later I feel confident in my work and my knowledge on everything I've learned.

Just about to finish my apprenticeship and I have had an amazing time on the digital marketing apprenticeship. The industry experience I have gained is invaluable and everyone at Creative Alliance has really supported me through the whole process, allowing me to achieve things I never thought I could. I highly recommend doing an apprenticeship with Creative Alliance if you want to start your career in digital marketing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time. Government should really think who they allow to run these funded courses. Rude and unprofessional.

Racist towards white British. I applied and was ignored, they didn't even bother to tell me I hadn't got on the course let alone ask what experience I have. Instead I've found out the majority on that course don't have any design experience even though apparently that's a pre requisite according to my friends phone call. Since found out 81% on the course are every other ethnicity except white british, therefore obviously that's being used against me in their decision making process. So unprofessional. So if you're white and British don't write it on your application form if you want to get on this course with these bigots. Also, you talk about inclusion, but you are actively excluding by ethnicity even though it's only white British, not by merit and who's best suited. How ironic. My daughter's mixed race and has a serious global development delay, maybe I should have added that to my application form. Skin colour and ethnicity shouldn't be a main factor in who you choose regarding ANY race. I will be complaining further.

I applied for a UX Design skills Bootcamp, but unfortunately, I had an unsatisfactory experience. Despite sending emails, I did not receive any response from the organization. I called them to confirm my enrollment in the bootcamp. However, they failed to provide me with a satisfactory response, stating that they would call me back, but they never did. In my opinion, this unresponsiveness and lack of follow-through on their part is unprofessional and has caused me to question their commitment to the quality of their services.

Applied for a ‘Graphic Design’ apprenticeship as advertised on the post. Description included other tasks to do with web which I was open to exploring. After starting I realised it wasn’t targeted at graphic design it was mainly web design. I discussed it with the manager of the company I was working for and recruitment manager of creative alliance. Company manager advised I’ll be doing web design and a bit of graphic design here and there when it’s available. When I discussed it with recruitment manager at CA he agreed it should be graphic design and some web here and there. I then noticed the qualification I would gain stated content creator which I questioned too. I was then told Graphic design no longer exists as I qualification. Later on after a couple weeks it was affecting my mood and motivation as it was not what I signed up for. I was then advised by CA I should either leave or continue on with full commitment. It was false advertisement, they were clueless about the job post itself and were so unhelpful with my worries especially the recruitment manager. He was rude and seemed like I should just accept what I got into even after it was not advertised correctly. I had been open about my mental health from the beginning yet no care was given during the situation.
