Fitted camras. Was really helpful coming out to fix different issues eg problems with my Internet or the hard drive etc but with the last contact my cctv stopped connecting he replied and blanked my reply to him. I tried via phone though there may of been a problem so tried via email and the Website. With no luck. I saw he put a post on my local site so I messaged jack and he blocked me. Now I'm with no CCTV and no explanation to why there's been no reply to me.

Jack attended our property to install a new lock . He removed the old lock and managed to locate through wholesalers a lock that would fit exactly where the old lock was and it works really well but importantly looks really smart as it should on the front door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Jack was brilliant from start to finish. Rang around for a few quotes but the West Midlands Security offered by far the best value for money. Jack provided a quote following a full security assessment. The advice seemed to link to what friends and family had advised. Excellent communication and trust worthy. I would highly recommend if you you are thinking about installing an alarm system you at least have a conversation and get a qoute it's your choice then.
