After years of not finding an NHS dentist, I decided to go private and I was not disappointed! Yes its more expensive than NHS treatment but Dr. Usman took time to answer all my questions, he was patient and understood all my concerns. He gave me multiple options so I was in control and fully informed. Highly recommended!

Kelly explains everything thoroughly, in a patient and clear manner. I feel informed and take better care of my teeth because of it. 24/08/2022: In the last 6 years I have moved from one Dental Practise to another, before haven finally re-joined Westpoint Dental Centre. I would say that this Dental Practice is by far the best Practice I have ever been a patient with. The waiting times are reasonable (no more than 15 minutes). At my previous Dental Practice I always had to wait for up to/over an hour to be seen. The hygienist (Suzy) is just brilliant! I remember back when I was having my scale and polish done: she took her time and was very gentle to make sure that my gums did not bleed - back then I was anaemic. My Dentist and Nurse (Hillary and Kelly) are always superb. 29/04/2021: On this Tuesday I had my first appointment at the Practice since the Co-vid lockdown. And, I must say the staff were working effortlessly and tirelessly to ensure that each patient was safe and seen to on time - God bless them. I also noticed that my dental nurse (on the day) was getting toooo far ahead of me: I had finished my check up and as I was getting out of the chair she was already on her way down the stairs. It just shows how busy the Practice was and how well the staff were working to manage with the rules that were in place at the time. I must also make mention of Arezzo (the receptionist), she has a calm, pleasant and professional telephone manner.

I usually don’t leave reviews, however after visiting various dental practices around Manchester my anxiety levels around dentists worsened. After my first consultation with Dr Hossam, he is the ONLY dentist I would ever trust. I can’t put into words how professional he is and his expertise is out of this world. I recommend Dr Hossam to EVERYONE that wants the absolute best treatment and a dentist that truly stresses about his patient’s comfort. If he sees this review I would like to thank him again for all the fillings he has done and for makimg me feel so at ease(no more anxiety!). He uses MINIMAL numbing as he hits the nerves perfectly! I can’t believe how bad my previous dentists have been. You owe it to yourself to give him a try; you will never want to go to another dentist!

I had an excellent service. The receptionist were very nice and the hygienist Fariyal was very thorough and professional. Fariyal gave detailed advice on to avoid gum disease and recommended the type of electric toothpaste to purchase. Pleased with the treatment I received. Highly recommended.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here when I came to get treatment - from my dentist Hilary - but I recommended this place for my wife who seen a dentist called Hossam Harisha, first of all I want to know why he was being rude for no reason at all, she said ow, and he’s like don’t say ow very rudely, amongst other things, maybe you should explain to your patients first hand without being rude, fkn prk
