The web shop is one to avoid. I ordered a kite gear bag on Wednesday due to needing one on short notice for a flight on Sunday. I ordered an appropriate bag as the website prominently advertises their next day delivery and fast free shipping. Great! On Friday, 2 days later, I get an email telling me that the item is out of stock and the order has been cancelled. The reason? "Apologies, our inventory is manually updated so prone to human errors.". I am no left in an impossible spot where it is too late to arrange any replacement. Absolutely unreliable online shopping experience, slow and poor communication and a self admission from staff (Bob) that their stock is regularly innacurate.
