Great start didn't last. Flat sale fell through after 5 months. James unaware so we had to inform him along with the reason - buyer not wanting a leasehold property! All after he would not take our concerns seriously or consider other buyers.

I called to arrange a flat viewing as soon as they posted the ad on Rightmove on Tuesday. The person who I spoke to said they’re collecting numbers and will come back for viewing appointments. On Wedn, I got an email from Ovi that asks for availability to arrange the viewing for Saturday. I replied but haven’t received a confirmation. So I called Ovi on Thursday morning to ask for the viewing confirmation. He said he’s waiting for confirmation from tenants but he’ll confirm latest by Friday. Today is Friday, and it’s late afternoon, I just called him and he said his colleague arranged the viewings YESTERDAY when he was off!? And all slots might have been BOOKED. I got confused/upset and wasn’t sure if I spoke with him yesterday but checked my last called numbers after hung up and yes it was him who I tried to get confirmation a day ago. He is obviously not doing a right job. Try to stay away from Ovi. Finding a house already a messy job, no need extra hassle.

We got Lauren & James to help us to rent our house for the first time. They were incredibly organized in keeping us informed about all necessary paperwork’s and inspections and took all the burden off us, from arranging vendors to viewings - with extra explanations for us who were completely ignorant about renting properties. The whole process from photography (including virtual tour video) to making a listing and arranging viewing took about a week in total, which was thoroughly impressive. We had to change our condition after a series of viewings, and they handled the situation so smoothly which we were grateful for. I feel it’s the dedication and professionalism that make all the difference working with Wild & Co as it’s an independent business. I’d definitely recommend!
