Leaves one of their customers who they sold one of the most expensive scooters (£9000) in the world to, 3 months ago, stranded in town and then give that customer a local competitors number to go and fix the scooter because it is Friday afternoon and they cant be arsed. I am the competitor; the customer cried down the phone that he had no money; so not only did they expect a competitor to do the work that the customer paid insurance for them to maintain; they thought id do it for free. This company obviously does not care about you after they have sold you something "wild and wacky" and frankly useless.

We are delighted to recommend the Tandem Mobility Scooter which we have had for 2years. It has been great to travel in and has meant my wife and I could go out together(we are in our 80s and had to give up driving the car). We have really enjoyed our outings. The scooter is easy to manage and adjustable to our individual needs. Having bought the canopy as well means the scooter is an all weather commodity, so we get all the year round enjoyment from it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company, were friendly and efficient, made sure they catered for all my needs, delivery time was acceptable and the delivery driver was friendly, enthusiastic and made sure I knew where everything was and went through how to work my scooter. I have made phone calls to this company and every time the staff have been friendly and helpful and made sure that I had no issues, All payments are well within my means and easy to manage would recommend this company to everyone I don't have a bad word to say about it would like to thank them for their service they have literally saved my life
