I set up an order with Charlotte on behalf of client. When the items were delivered I was disappointed with how the trees had been poorly potted with packaging you would typically discard and not environmentally friendly (plastic bubble wrap, black bin liners, polystyrene). I asked her if it was better to pot with entirely of stones and given the cost of the two trees was over £2k, I hoped the service would be better. She insisted this was the correct method. Within a couple months, the stones that had only been used to line the top layer (as underneath was all the throwaway packaging) started to fall through, all that was left was the black bin liner visible and the stones continued to make sounds throughout the day and night falling through all the gaps in the pot, which upset my client. He politely asked if she could pot the trees correctly even though he was fully entitled to a refund at this point. She responded for him to do it himself and buy the stones himself. She then proceeded to block his mobile from her mobile phone and direct line. When eventually I could see she had no interest in resolving the matter I contacted her politely via email, which she also ignored and my number would also be subsequently blocked in the same manner. Do not recommend.

Charlotte created really beautiful, natural bouquets and arrangements for my wedding at Hedsor House. She helped us make the very most out of our budget, reusing flowers throughout the day across the venue in creative and original ways. She sourced all the flowers we requested to create the look we wanted on the day, as well as four beautifully scented bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids and a gorgeous flower crown for my flower girl. She was polite, creative, responsive and courteous throughout all dealings and even recreated my bouquet for me a year later following a request from my husband. I would highly recommend her!
