Otherwise super friendly staff! Next subway station (Aldgate-East) about 5 minutes away. The street on which the hotel is located is quite busy, so it gets quite noisy in the rooms quite early. (Original) Sehr schönes, modernes und gut ausgestattes Hotel in günstiger Lage - definitiv Empfehlung! Zimmer sehr schön, sehr sauber, Extrawünsche (z.B. mehr Handtücher etc.) werden prompt erfüllt. Voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit hochwertigen Geräten. Frühstück zu dem aufgerufenen Preis von immerhin 15 Pfund nicht zu empfehlen (soll wohl umgestellt werden) ABER! nach meiner Beschwerde wurde der gezahlte Betrag auf Kreditkarte zurückgebucht und ein kostenfreies Getränk angeboten, sehr serviceorientiert. Auch ansonsten superfreundliches Personal! Nächste Subway-Station (Aldgate-East) ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Straße, an der das Hotel liegt ist ziemlich befahren, entsprechend wird es auch in den Zimmern recht früh recht laut.

It is my favourite place to stay when I am in London. Always clean and well equiped rooms (toster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc. ). Great staff (special thanks to Justyna). And they have great breakfast there - freshly made eggs Benedict is my favourite one. Close to the aparthotel there are many restaurants and pubs.

My mum and I stayed here during the king’s coronation weekend. We found the service to be excellent!!! Ahmet Duzenli in particular, went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Please personally pass on my gratitude to him! The room was great, excellent view of the shard, and the customer service was beyond excellent.
