We couldn’t be more pleased with Will’s Gates. Will is a kind and genuine man, and went above and beyond, visiting twice to achieve a really great result for us, including redesigning the gates I was having made by our joiners to look and function better, and suggesting the best SIM card to buy for the automation. Will is very responsive by email, so my queries were answered swiftly, which was important to me, and different to other companies I asked to quote. The installation was inevitably fuss-free, because Will had been diligent beforehand to ensure that everything was installed correctly by our landscapers to his specification. Will spent time with me talking me through the automation so that all the family will be able to operate the gates both remotely and nearby. I can’t fault this company, nor our new gates. Will’s colleague Ashton is equally competent and charming. Thank you Will & Ashton.

We were expecting a good product but was pleasantly surprised at just how good the gates and railings that we ordered were. The key component and exceptional part of the experience was the team and installation service. Reliable, informative and with an eye for detail, the installation was exceptional from the initial ground works and cabling to the final hang of the gates. Wills gates were also proactive in turning around my job in a time frame that worked for us. The number is stored and will be given without hesitation. I asked for a quote > he replied asking for photos > I sent photos > he didnt reply > so I chased up with a follow-up email > he said he couldnt do the job as he was busy > so I asked when he was free and for a rough estimation of costs based on my previous emails and images > he didnt reply... This is your warning: Vilgirdas Kereisis (Will) has bad communication skills and is not able to answer BASIC questions. Edit: I can see he has responded to this review, but he still has not answered my questions in my last email (when he would be free and a rough estimate of costs, simple right?). Such weird behaviour. He complains about replying to emails on saturday, yet he can easily respond to reviews on sunday... Bizarre. Edit2: I have just got an email from him telling me to remove this factual review... But he still has not responded to my original simple questions? Why not? He can respond to reviews on saturday and sunday, but not to valid customer questions... Strange.

We recently had gates installed for our drive by Will's gates. The drive is quite wide and we wanted an electric gate. Will had lots of great ideas and we finally settled on a pair of bifolding gates. They look so good! Will is very professional and doesn't mess about. The final product is better than you would expect. When on site, these guys are super clean. The site was cleaned at the end of every day when they left. The entire job was done so smoothly. I would highly recommend Will's gates to anyone. Will has so much experience and he obviously loves what he does - it shows in the quality of the finished job!
