After having chased Will repeatedly for months to finish a job we had paid in part for he never showed on 3 separate occasions. In the end I gave up chasing him. It is a shame as up to that point he had been very reliable and done various jobs well. We won't be using him again.

Will replaced all the gutters around our house. He (and his Dad) did a great job - they quoted a price based on a detailed review of what was needed, but actually did more than they quoted for (replacing broken tiles, repointing where required). The work was done efficiently and on time - they were also very polite and fitted their work around us. When they were finishing, they made sure the areas around where they were working were cleaned down, and also rrepainted as necessary. Overall, we were very impressed with the standard of their work, and their professionalism, and would thoroughly recommend them.

William gave a very reasonable competitive quote for replacing our gutters and soffits. On arrival to start work found that the wood beneath had rotted away. All this was replaced within the time scale originally quoted. William and his family were excellent and a joy to have around the house for the week. William cleaned the windows at my fathers house pre Christmas he also attempted to fix a couple of leaky areas in his gutters. The silicone didn’t work so William said he would come back another day with some spare parts to fix the leaky areas. True to his word he returned post Christmas and the gutters no longer leak.
