I have been thinking about getting a breast reduction for fifteen years. However, I’ve been apprehensive of the whole process so it was extremely important to find the best Doctor. I was also concerned as it was difficult to find before and after pictures with my exact skin tone. As a mixed person, our scarring is different. As soon as I met Dr Townley, I knew I had made the right decision: he alleviated my fears as he spoke about the procedure and the details such as nipple size and potential for scarring. I felt very understood. The whole process, which included emails back and forth and numerous questions from me, was handled with care before and after my surgery. Dr Townley and his team made me feel comfortable and delivered on every promise he made. My back pain was gone the day after the surgery and I can’t believe I’m looking at my own breasts! I’m very glad I took this step and I feel as if at 40, a whole new life is beginning for me!

I had a very difficult revision surgery with Dr Townley. I have consulted so many surgeons and either they couldn’t do it or over promising. Dr Townley is very professional, honest and knowledgeable with great sympathy! He never dismiss any of my minor concerns and helped me enormously. I know what I am trying to revise is very difficult and may need multiple procedures but with this one go, I have already feel so much happy and better. He is very patient and willing to see me multiple times through face to face and telephone conversations. On the surgery day, he put me at ease with excellent time management. I didn’t feel any pain a few hours after and even worked from home on the second day of the surgery. He follows up with me and responses all my concerns in a timely manner. I am the kind of person, who have a high standards on professionalism due to my own profession. I think Dr Townley is not just professional but with a very kind heart which is vital in medical field as they are dealing with human beings. I can easily tell that there are surgeons only think about money that set Dr Townley apart. Dr Twonley is a true doctor, who really cares about you as a person and not motivated by financial incentives. He has very reasonable fees and is really willing to take challenge and help you. I can’t appreciate him enough and definitely recommend him if you want one of the best surgeons in the country.
